Six months was all the time Iconia's Swiss and Italian teams had to modernize the Victoria, a four-star hotel with 150 rooms, several restaurants, a swimming pool and a kids club. Local materials and Scandinavian minimalist sobriety were the milestones of this metamorphosis aimed at mixing contemporaneity and fidelity to tradition in an eco-sustainable spirit. No less than 50 truckloads of supplies and materials were needed for this colossal project, the result of which was hailed by the specialized and general press.
