Bisa and ICONIA Group joined forces in collaboration with Feldschlösschen to craft a novel restaurant concept, centered on beer craftsmanship, in Geneva's emerging Pont Rouge district. The winning trio conceived a distinctive "bistronomie" experience, fusing a vibrant beer bar with a high-end bistro serving elevated brasserie cuisine. The restaurant's sleek and modern design draws inspiration from the brewing process, with color schemes mirroring malt, hops, yeast, and water. The bar area features meticulous black mosaic tiles, symbolizing beer's precision. Artisanal weaving-inspired metallic curtains divide the space, evoking savoir-faire. Hops flowers, both as a hanging sculpture and an iconic logo, punctuate the ambiance.
